Delete your account
This page explains how to delete your account in a restaurant app built with Storekit, what information is removed, and how long we keep data.
How to delete your account in the app
You can delete your account at any time from within the app:
- Open the restaurant app on your device.
- Go to You → My Details → Delete Account.
- Follow the prompts and confirm deletion.
If you cannot access the app or do not see this option, contact support using the email below.
What data is deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove personal data associated with your profile, including:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Account credentials and sign-in details
- Saved delivery addresses and preferences
- Order history linked to your account
- Loyalty points, stamps, rewards, and membership status
- Marketing and notification preferences
- Payment methods saved in the app (card tokens are removed from our systems)
Data that must be kept for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons may be retained in anonymised or aggregated form where required by law.
Retention period
Account data—including profile information, order history linked to your account, and loyalty activity—is permanently deleted within 30 days of your deletion request.
Some backup systems may hold encrypted copies for a short period before they are overwritten. After that window, your personal data is no longer recoverable.
